Anyhow, I just wanted to give U my observations in relation to setting up support options for your clients. The statement about 90 days free support sounds right. That's what I try to go for. Some clients want 1 year, but I make them pay for that!
I have a variety of support options for a variety of clients. Each option has benefits and pit-falls. These options can also have a wide range of costs/prices. I've found it best to let the client tell U what support option they want. What best meets their needs? I personally prefer number 4.
1.) Remote support via Close-Up or PC Anywhere
2.) Setup a Wildcat BBS for users to upload requested changes or download software pat
