Sheer stupid curiosity on my part:

1) What is the CurrentControl of the column?
2) What is the setting of Sparse for the column?
3) Wouldn't a combo box make more sense in the context (in which case, I'd ask if the BoundControl of the combo box the same as a visible column in the dropdown.
