I have an alternate solution for you...

In CBizObjMaintBaseForm's Page1.Activate, change the following:

Change...
IF UPPER(THISFORM.cListObjType) != 'NONE'

To...
IF UPPER(THISFORM.cListObjType) != 'NONE' AND ;
This.UIEnabler1.cActivateID != This.UIEnabler1.cDeactivateID

This uses existing properties on the UIEnabler object to accomplish something similar. Let me know if this solution works for you and I'll look at adding it to the Framework for the next version.
