Why not check your margins first. It may be that your printer won't print as close to the edge of the paper as you want.

1) Look at File/PageSetup. You should have the "Printable Page" choice, not "Whole Page" in the "Print Area" section.

2) In your page footer add a some blank space under the last field/label.

3) This one doesn't really seem like it would help, but you might not have seen it: Click on Report/Data Grouping and for each group you can set the amount of space at the bottom of the page. When the printer gets to that point it moves to the next page.

>In "report design" when i build the report i have space in it to put what i need, header, line, and footer, then i run the report and the last lines in footer don't appear in paper. the printer eject the paper and the last lines go.
