Are you using the LinkMaster and ChildOrder fields to set up your parent/child grid relation? If so, then the records you're showing may be at the 'bottom' of the child field. The scrollbar on these grids is linked to the whole table, not just the records you're seeing.

The behavior is that the slidebar on the left won't go any further up than about 2/3rds up. Everything else works fine. This isn't a major problem except that it is disconcerting to the user.
