Mike, it's important to note the relative priorities:
(1) Built into .EXE (cannot be overridden)
(2) Specified by -c parameter passed to executable
(3) Specified by FOXPROWCFG and loctable as specified
(4) CONFIG.FPW in Starts In directory
(5) CONFIG.FPW in VFP Home directory
(6) CONFIG.FPW found along the DOS PATH environment, parsed in order of appearance
