Nope. You must create the CONFIG.FPW - it's a straight text file. It has nothing to do with any of the wizards AFAIK. Read Chapter 3 of the On-Line Help - Configuring Visual FoxPro.

You can either bind it into the compiled .EXE, or specify it as a separate file. Be careful to explicitly place one in the correct place.
