Well, if you can wait another year for VFP 7, it may be there. I'd recommend examinig other alternatives if you can't wait that long; it'd likely take only a short time to develop an ActiveX control in VB or VC++ that solves the problem. Use the right tool for the right job...this is one of the many things that VFP doesn't do well. OTOH, I'd hate to have to write a datacentric app in VB6 where VFP does a good job. The whole idea of Visual Studio is to apply the right tool to the problem at hand and integrate them into a single solution.
