For a free test it's not too bad, but I wouldn't count it as a certification used to get a job or better salary. From the 40 questions, one was completely wrong (about error handling, if anyone had the same question). Another involved calculating the size of a table given a number of records, which really doesn't tell whether you're a good VFP developer, but only if you can multiply numbers in the 6 digits without a calculator (40000*272*24 < 2GB). And another one was ambigious where you couldn't even guess which answer is least wrong.
