Other than that, have you applied Visual Studio Service Pack 3? Some Setup wizard bug fixes from the Vfp6swiz.exe update (10/08/1998) were incorporated in it.

I assume you've recreated the setup. Deleted the Distrib directory? Deleted Wzsetup.ini files, etc?
