I wish you had posted this before I posted my reply. This is an even bigger problem than what I pointed out. While the current testing is not perfect, it does make it harder for test takers to take the questions back with them and develop answer lists. You can only take out the Qs if you have a photo memory or hidden camera. But, where there is a will, there is usually a cadaver. :]
