I have a menu which, when displayed in 640X480 mode wraps around and uses a second bar to display the items which do not fit in the first row. In such a low resolution mode, loosing any additional screen realestate is a real problem.

In the old FPDOS days such a menu would display as many menu items as would fit and have a continuation arrow on the right hand side to display the rest. It would never use any additional screen space.

Does anyone know how to stop my menu from stealing my screen space?
