I'm using ASP and calling ADO to access and update some VFP tables on a relatively small (but important) web application. data retrieval speed is pretty good, but I have a couple questions.

Since I'm using ODBC with ADO to access my tables, do I need to index my tables? Will indexing speed up queries?

How does Referential integrity and stored procedures work (or not) in this scenario?

WWWC is in my future, but for now I must proceed with this approach.
