I think these are problems which are going to be solved in the near future, as for the costs, Let's say that a good test costs about $ 100.000 and there are about 10.000 candiates which take the test. It will cost $ 10 per candidate. Advertisement and other employers will gladly pay this $ 10 to know if this candidate is a good one or not. Another idea is to let the candidate pay a small amount via a credit card.
It seems we have to agree to disagree. The future will tell us who's right or who's wrong....
