The FoxPro Foundation Classes (FFC) that comes with VFP is the only *free* one I know. As Kevin posted, Visual Extend offers a trial period. Some of the others may as well. Visual MaxFrame Professional offers a functional subset of its frameowrk for free. In most of the developers opinions I have seen here, the full cost of a framework (whichever one you pick) is well worth it in terms of features and learning aids.
