It sounds as if, when the application was compiled, the temporary files that it creates were located on a drive that is not available on the workstation. You might want to do the following:
1. Check the workstation to see what drives are mapped and to where.
2. Find out where your temporary files are sent (in this case it would be controlled by either the TMPFILES or PROGWORK settings in the configuration file.)
If the drive that the temporary files are being sent doesn't exist on the workstation, then this is the source of the problem. See my FAQ in the UT KB under Project Manager (FAQ#7872).
If you're not sure where the temporary files are going, open the project as a table, and search for a path in the Object memo field. There'll be a lot of junk in there, but it's still pretty easy to find.
