Oh, the problem is with a
table's index, I misunderstood the way you phrased it. If it's still stuck after you delete the bad CDX and/or answer "Yes" to the messagebox to delete the bad index, open the DBC as a table and look for records that refer to the tables's index. Mark them deleted, that should resolve it.
