There are a couple files here by Bela Bodecs (bbGetDir() and bbTreeView) that may do this for you. Look in the download section. I'm not sure which category, however. Maybe someone can jump in with that info.

Additionally, you may want to look at the Shell.Application object's BrowseForFolder method. While it doesn't return UNCs (you have to parse them for yourself), it does give you this kind of access.
