I looked in the help under error messages A-Z and found this information:

"file" is not an object file (Error 1309)
An attempt was made to load a compiled Visual FoxPro program that doesn’t have a proper header.

Verify the name of the file you are trying to run using DO.

It sounds to me like your DBC may be damaged. Has anything happened to perhaps cause that?

I'd probably just restore from a back up.
