This is actually pretty good behavior, I guess. It means that you can blame the user and tell them (or help them) to get a driver upgrade if problem #2 above occurs - which is what I just did a few minutes ago. It's a wonder no other non-vfp problems occurred since the new printer install. All other users had upgraded their drivers to 5Si, and the vfp reports were fine even with the 4Si info.
