I have had to deal with this and it is not a pretty thing. There are problems with the menu displays with this configuration (the menus are garbled and unreadable). This can be fixed by compiling using a patched Genmenu but does nothing to help if you must actually develop the app in this environment. It makes it pretty difficult to get around within VFP. I have also heard of similar problems with radion buttons but have not experienced this yet.
