As I said before, this competition (IDM Awards 2000)is organisated by the Design Institute of Montreal. There are six categories : industrial and commercial products, specialized product, furnishing, Interior Design, Graphic Design, and New technologies...3D Twister A/E/C is in this last category and selected in final position (25, 26 th May).
In this category, a product is chosen according to several criterions: pertinence, originality, market needs...
A total of $55,000 in prizes will be awarded to the laureates, including a Grand Prize for the best overall project in the combined categories, and an amount of $5,000 for the winner in each of the six categories. Furthermore, the winners will reap the benefits of first-class exposure from the promotional activities surrounding the competition.
