Then the answer is most likely NO. Even if you use macro substitution, the macro value is only evaluated when the view is created. (i wouldn't reccommend trying double macro substitution unless you're a complete masochist)

You can create and remove views programmatically, but anything linked to the view would have to be programmatically re-linked to the new view. (there might be workarounds/tricks to prevent that though)

You might want to consider an alternative strategy.
