This is caused by MS storing the printer information in the report file itself. If you look at the information in the EXPR field you will notice that this describes the printer that you used when creating the report. With margins being different and so on from printer to printer this causes a problem when a report is printed to a printer other than the same make and model of the one used to create it with.

As far as plans to fix it is anybody guess for now. Mabye in VFP 7.0 we will get a Report Object and most of these issues will go away.
