Interesting that the Stop/Start buttons on the PWS icon don't work the same as using the actual command with the parameters "/stop" and "/start". Poor planning by MS.

>Thanks Barbara. I finally found the answer after an exhaustive search on the Microsoft site. You have to call c:\windows\system\inetsrv\pws.exe /stop and start it again with c:\windows\system\inetsrv\pws.exe /start. That clears down all COM objects.
