You can use in Netscape or IE with this syntax in the URL address to open a Browser window on an ftp site and drag and drop the file in the window to upload or download.
You type this in the URL address of the browser.
ftp://username:password@ftpsite.com/subdirectory>
>There is an IE5 add-on called 'Web folders'. If you don't already have it installed (probably not), then do Tools, Windows Update and you will find it under "INTERNET AUTHORING". I found the product to be flakey compared to regular FTP programs.
