Hi Larry,

I honestly don't know for certain. I believe that there are some internal differences, but that's an assumption on my part and, as such, a questionable statement at best. I do seem to recall that the FPT memo files were supposed to use space more efficiently, but that's a very hazy recollection and very well could be inaccurate. IOW, if some one else tells you different, I wouldn't argue for a milli-second.

Maybe someone else can provide you with a more authoritative answer.
