If you don't want NULL change the REPLACE command to:
REPLACE group_code WITH client.group_code FOR FOUND('CLIENT')
>Select Policy
>Set Order to ssNumberTag in client
>Set Relation to ssnumber Into client
>Replace all group_code with client.group_code
