Does anybody know how to truly override events/methods in VB? I'm trying to build an ActiveX control that pops up a right click shortcut menu to perform some text formatting. My code works just fine, but the default VB behavior - a Copy, Cut, Paste shortcut pops up before my code gets called.

This makes the rightclick event pretty much useless :-} Any idea to to truly override an event??? Something akin to VFP's NODEFAULT.
