Thanks to all for your replies and suggestions. I did happen to find the addprop.fll yesterday when I was looking around the 'net. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it will suit my needs.

The reason I want to have this ability is that we have on staff, some Foxpro programmers, that are inexperienced w/ VFP and are extremely hesitant to make the move to Visual. I wanted to allow the option of adding custom properties to an object without having to know anything more than how to call the method.
