We have a FPD 2.6 application.  Each instance requires about 150 file
handles. If 2 instances of the software are opened, then sometimes we get an error '
Too many files open '.

What is the maximum limit of FILES= setting in Config.sys ?
Can each DOS session have induvidual file handles ?
Can we know the no. of free File handles not used by the OS ?
