The latest FP Advisor (May, 2000, page 21) has an ad for a book calle "Client-Server Applications with VFP and SQL Server" by Gary DeWitte, etc. The Hentnzenwerke website does not show it, nor does Amazon. Also the 800# on the website for ordering books does not have it listed. (It took them about 5 mins. to find "Hentzenwerke.") I can'y fond a pnone number for Hentzenwerke.

Any idea where to get the book?
