I don't know..... I think as a matter of courtesy, I would have kept his name in the inside cover. Hey, it's your book, your call. If you feel good about it, great. I think it is bad form. It is my opinion, nothing more, nothing less..

Quick question, why don't you directly address the other questions that have been placed before you. You could start by addressing the comments that were directly addressed to you at the start of this thread.

Or, is your official policy, like Advisors, focused on stone-walling me????
