No, that's component load balancing (see what I'm talking about here in terms of misconceptions). There are three kinds of load balancing services in Windows 2000: Cluster Services, Component Load Balancing and Network Load Balancing. NLB is for Web Farm type IP load balancing, which frankly makes Component Load Balancing unnecessary.
