I'm almost there again, one more time. In this message you sample code reads as follows:

INTO CURSOR cReport

then you say
SELECT cReport (I assume this is the temp table I have selected)
then you say run the report
REPORT FORM cReport PREVIEW
Should this read as follows:
REPORT FORM Payment PREVIEW ( Is Payment the report that cReport is outputing to ?).
