I have been reading through the VFE object model and wanted to know what impact this had on the speed of real life applications. If you use the VFE framework do you notice that the applications run slowly or is there no noticeable speed penalty with their object model?

Any other comments about this framework would be appreciated. I am considering it for an upcoming project.
