It was a control panel that was very useful so MS shipped it with Win98 and now with Win2k although you have to go on the CD to install it. It is supported in Win98 and Win2k but not Win95. I don't know if it is supported for WinNt 4.0 but there is a version.
I'll keep it in mind - if something like this occurs within my own domain, I'm much more brave about trying to resolve it myself.
