Joe,
I'm assuming you must be using Activex components in your help system that are not marked Safe for scripting. If you
use one of these, there is no way to circumvent the warning, since it is assumed these controls can be used to harm the system.
When a control is distributed, the author determines if it is safe for scripting use, or is only to be used for applications.
There is a MS KB Article on the MS Approved controls that are safe to be used in scripts (even the HTML help system)

HTH,
Ed

>Is there a way to stop the message from popping up in the help system? The message is as follows:
>"Some software (ActiveX controls) on this page might be unsafe. It is recommended that you do not run it. Do you want to allow it to run?"
>I have gone through the internet options for internet and intranet to allow basicaly everything. I am so over hitting yes to this message! Every page that shows up gets the box! Using index, search. When you look at the example and then when you hit the back key! I must be overlooking something but I dont know what!
