Thanks for the info. Is OrgChart automation not yet in latest or upcoming version of MS products?

I'm not that familiar with Visio. However, I did tried its orgchart wizard and it worked. But, could I get the same results if I feed the data programmatically? Another thing, if the field 'reportsto' is empty, Visio displays records in a straight line. Could I customize how the boxes are displayed (depending on #of subordinates) ?
