The REPORT ... PROMPT dialog box doesn't let you change too much. Changes that you make to print a certain number of pages, or copies, just don't work. For this reason, I've never used it. I don't like giving my users the appearance of functionality that doesn't exist. If you always want the report to print Duplex, then open the report and change the settings there. If you want it to print Duplex some of the time and Simplex at other times, then there are two options: 1) keep the report file excluded from the .EXE, and adjust the TAG and TAG2 fields just before it's printed 2) print the report to disk, load it into a character string, and change the Simplex command to a Duplex command. This is a piece of cake if the report's in PCL (and if you know PCL and have a good dirver). /Paul
