I need to read specific records from an inventory file and prompt the user with a listing (grid most
likely) of those records. The user will key in a starting and an ending quantity for each item prompted.
Of all those items, only those that have a lower ending number need to create records into a seperate
table for reporting purposes.

Suggestions on the best way to handle this scenario?
