I have a program I built for a client with several offices. All of the offices have to get one record to each of the other offices each week. I can create the file and interface, but I'd like it to be more automatic than them having to attach the messages to a file and send them to the other offices. I know PC Anywhere has an automatic function, but I'd prefer them to use the internet because it's free.

Any suggestions? Commands? Brainstorms?
