I'm using word, excel, and access 95, and access 97. Word and acc97 have the behavior. IE5 seems to have "different" toolbars, yet you can right-click on them and you get the context menu.
IE's toolbars are more like the shortcut bar on the taskbar in win98. Oh yeah, I remember bgates saying something about ie being an integral part of the OS. (that's like saying that my beard is an integral part of my being... sigh... so much bs in so little time...) ;-)
