For instance I just want to use a form template ( pageframe with several pages and with a grid on one page and listbox on other). What benefits of using subclassed grid and listbox instead of base ones.

I have ALL the base controls subclased (texbox, grid, checkbox..), but I'm extending his functionality. I you don't want to expand nothing, take care that any day you should need it, so that's why I have subclassed all (well the visual elements)
