My client, who needs to build and distribute his own EXE, is having the same problem, and we haven't figured it out yet. It works fine at my end. Initially, I had the same problem and solved it. Part of the problem turned out to be I had an older version of GenMenuX. (The version that comes with INTL may not be the latest.) I used a copy I had in my VMP directory, and that worked. The file size of the one I'm using is 198k, the old one was 196k. (The date on the new one is 3/25/00, but that's probably because that was the date I copied it. I'm pretty sure it's not the date the file was last changed.)
