But if I include the path "c:\clients.dbf' or 'd:\clients.dbf', I get a .T. and if I include 'c:\chr\cl9ients.dbf', I get a .F. All the paths exist but the files do not except in the VFP path. I should either get both .T. or both .F..
ADIR() does not do this if an expliucit path is named. Neither does the WSH's Scripting.FileSystemObject
ADIR() is a good idea. You speak alot about WSH. What is the best source to learn more about it? Can you give me an example of using it to determine the existence (or non existence) of a file?
