To your 3 questions, yes, yes and yes. During the merge of the PJM when you update project list, sometimes VSS can't resolve a conflict and prompts you to do it manually. One trick I've discovered is that before I add anything to the project, I do an update project list first to make sure I have the most recent project update, I then add my form, report, etc and then I update project list again. Doing it this way, I don't get any conflicts to manually resolve. HTH
