>In our case, it is very important. I don't know if you've seen my question in Visual FoxPro forum about the password expiration where we can't change it from the Web. This is returning an error and based on that, we would like to redirect the user to an HTML form, which is not secure, so he can update his password and update his NT password from NetUserChangePassword() or something like that. Are all of your users running through Web Authentication (either NT or Netscape Server)? Ouch... that has to be an administrative nightmare. I can see how that would be a problem, but I know with IIS you can't set that message. Normally, I tend to use my own authentication scheme with users in VFP tables. That way I don't have to worry about OS messages. The only errors I know of that can occur in the course of my Web apps are 500 errors for server errors or disconnects, or 400 errors for access violations into maintainence areas (for which you can set the error message)... IAC, looks like you have more flexibility in NS server with that, but I don't think you'll be able to do this with any other server. +++ Rick ---
