If you're using this view in a form, you can open up the dataenvironment associated with the form and your view should show up as a "cursor" object. Right click on the cursor object and select "properties". Select the "data" tab on the property sheet and the "NoDataOnLoad" property should be there ... it defaults to '.F.'.
If you're not using a form, you may have to set the property programmatically in your view definition.
