The best and most accurate (not saying much here) business data is FINEX data sold by Technimetrics. It's not very accurate in tracking small to mid-sized companies (less than $20M in sales) but does a pretty good job with larger companies. They provide executive information and track many job functions within each organization as well as multiple addresses (P.O. vs street address). It's also kept fairly clean (proper case, gender and last name fields). One the company side they track size, multiple office addresses and parent/subsidiary relationships (more as well - of course). You can give your sales rep your requirements and they'll only sell you the companies/executives that suit your needs. So you could request all the CFOs for companies with assets in excess of $50M or sales in excess of $20M located in the New England states.
A good source might be a company called iMarket which seems to be a data broker for lots of data providers including FINEX. (

No source will be cheap. Some will be very, very inaccurate. If you need cheap you can get some kinds of data on CD but they're usually limited to exporting 500 at a time. Takes a while to get all the data off.
Good luck.
